Payment
All products purchased via our online store must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro or Master Card. All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT; prices are subject to change without notice.

              
Delivery

General Info

We aim to dispatch all orders within 21 working days from time of ordering / order deadline date depending on whether the photographs are being returned to your school or shipped directly to you. Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us. If 14 days have passed then please contact us either by email on info@imagemasters.ie or call 053-9422040 and we will be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

Orders being delivered to the school

All orders being returned to schools are processed after the order deadline on your proof cards and then returned in a batch to your school for collection. Therefore, we aim to dispatch within 21 working days from the order deadline printed on your proof card and you will receive an Order Fulfillment Email to let you know your order is on the way.

If you have a Free Delivery Discount Code for free delivery to your school and you choose to use it, your order will then be delivered back to your school for collection. When checking out you will still be asked to include your address. However, this is for billing purposes only and allows our system to process your payment successfully. Please ensure your address is entered correctly and in full.

Orders being shipped directly to you

If you are having your order shipped directly you, we aim to dispatch all orders within 21 working days from time of ordering. In extremely busy times there may be a slight delay.

When checking out please ensure you include both your full postal address and billing address correctly and in full. Sometimes, our form will suggest addresses based on the address you are typing into the form. Please remember, it is the full responsibility of the customer to ensure their postal and billing addresses are input correctly and in full before confirming your purchase.

All our shipping labels are printed directly from the information provided in the shipping details the customer enters when placing their order. You will be prompted to review your order and edit (where necessary) before confirming your purchase. After you have completed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email including all the details you input. On receipt of this, if you wish to amend any of the details you will need to contact us within 2 working days at (info@imagemasters.ie) or 053 9422040.

We utilise the services of An Post to ship all our orders directly to home addresses. Eircode's are an additional element to a full postal address and must only be used in conjunction with your full postal and billing addresses. We cannot guarantee the successful delivery of your items based on an Eircode alone as this is considered an insufficient address by An Post. Therefore, if your items are returned to us by An Post you will be required to repay your shipping charges.

Cancelling an order
As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom made, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
